A full calendar is not the same as a business that scales.

The Program Profit Intensive is a 90-minute private session where we find the actual thing blocking consistent revenue in your coaching business — and leave you with the 90-day plan to fix it.

4private spots. I do this work myself, so that number is real.

The part nobody diagnoses

You don't have a tactics problem.

You know how to get results for clients. You've done it for years. What you don't have is a clear line between the work you're good at and revenue that shows up without you selling it again every month.

So you build. Another offer. Another freebie. A course that half-sold. A group program that felt harder than the 1:1 it was supposed to replace. Each one adds surface area and none of them fixes the thing underneath.

Here's what I see in most coaching businesses that have plateaued:

What it looks like
What it usually is

"My content isn't converting."

The offer is aimed at a buyer who isn't ready to buy it yet.

"I need a better funnel."

There are four offers and no obvious next step between any of them.

"The group program didn't work."

It was priced and delivered like 1:1, so it scaled the workload instead of the revenue.

"I'm booked and still stressed about money."

Every dollar restarts at zero on the first of the month.

"I just need more leads."

More leads into an unclear offer produces more unclear conversations.

Who this is for

  • You're an established coach who gets people results
  • You have clients now, or you've had plenty of them
  • Your delivery is mostly one-to-one and it's full
  • You've tried a course, membership, or group program that underperformed
  • You have more offers than you can explain in one sentence
  • You're ready to decide things and act on them in the next 90 days
  • You haven't sold anything yet and need to start a business
  • You want someone to build the funnel for you
  • You're looking for accountability or motivation
  • You want a guarantee attached to a revenue number
  • You want to talk about it but not change anything

How it works

  • You fill out the business questionnaire

Your offers, pricing, numbers, where leads come from, what you've already tried. I read it before we talk so we don't spend the session on background.

  • I review what you actually have

Offer, pricing, messaging, conversion path, delivery model, economics. I'm looking for where the money is leaking and where it's already working better than you think.

  • We spend 90 minutes on the strategy

Private, recorded, no slides. What to sell, how to position it, what the price needs to be, what gets delivered privately versus in a group, and what to stop building.

  • You get a written 90-day priority plan

Built for your business, in order, so you know what happens first and what waits. Not a list of everything you could do.

  • We review implementation

One follow-up session once you're into the plan, to correct course while it's still cheap to correct.

  • Seven days of private messaging

For the questions that come up the moment you start executing. Direct to me.

What you walk away with

Decisions, not homework.

  • A clear flagship offer
  • Positioning that says who it's for and why now
  • Pricing and delivery-model decisions, made
  • A defined path from stranger to client
  • A scalable delivery direction that fits how you actually work
  • A 90-day plan in priority order
  • Permission to stop fixing everything at once

What this is not

I'd rather you know before you pay.

  • Generic business coaching
  • A motivational call
  • A website audit
  • A social media content calendar
  • A done-for-you funnel build
  • An open-ended consulting retainer
  • A promise that you'll hit seven figures in 90 days

It's diagnosis and business-model strategy, turned into a plan you can execute. I can't promise a revenue number and I won't. What I can tell you is what's in the way and what to do about it, in order.

The Program Profit Intensive

$1,500

Paid in full. Four spots. When they're gone, they're gone until I open the next round.

Apply for a spot Takes about three minutes. If it's not a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Before you ask

I've already paid for coaching that didn't help. Why is this different?

Most coaching sells you a process to follow. This is a diagnosis of your business specifically — your offers, your numbers, your delivery. You're not getting a framework to apply. You're getting a read on what's actually happening and what to do next.

Do I need a group program already?

No. Plenty of people come in with a group program that isn't working, and plenty come in with only 1:1 and a sense that it can't continue. Both are workable. What matters is that you have real delivery experience to build on.

Is this a sales call for something bigger?

No. It's paid work and it stands on its own. If it makes sense to keep working together afterward I'll say so, but that's not what this is for.

Will you build any of it for me?

Not in this. You'll leave with clear decisions and a plan you can hand to yourself or your team. Build work is a separate conversation.

What if I go through it and don't implement?

Then it won't work. That's the honest answer. The plan assumes you're going to act on it in the next 90 days — that's why the follow-up review and the messaging week exist.

Why only four spots?

Because I do the review, the session, the plan, and the follow-up myself. Four is what I can do properly at once.
